Ugandan Town Linked To Global Dog Shelter Scam
A BBC investigation into hundreds of fundraising pages for dog shelters identified the town of Mitiana in Uganda as a central location for a global scam. Mitiana police stated they have previously investigated animal cruelty at local dog shelters and conducted arrests.
