Activity Sector Expands To Include Construction
The construction and public works sector in France is introducing a new leave policy for employees exposed to rodents. Affected workers must provide a medical certificate from a specialist to qualify for the benefit. The policy allows for up to 7 additional days of leave per year without a notice period. This marks the first time such a measure has been implemented within this specific industry. An activity sector in France, previously encompassing farmers, fishermen, and transporters, was expanded in April to also include the building and public works (BTP) sector.
