Russia Bans Minors From Gas Stations
Russian authorities have implemented a ban preventing minors from refueling quad bikes and kinbikes at gas stations. This measure follows similar restrictions introduced six months ago in Tatarstan, Penza, and Yaroslavl regions. The policy aims to address rising traffic accidents involving children operating these vehicles on public roads. Officials noted that parents frequently purchase these vehicles for children who are not legally permitted to drive them. Authorities aim to prevent illegal fuel acquisition methods, such as using lighter fluids, following the ban.
