Driver Charged In Fatal Cyclist Incident
A 21-year-old driver has been placed under formal investigation for violence resulting in death following an incident in Indre. The driver allegedly restarted his vehicle after a cyclist approached the car window following an altercation. The cyclist was dragged approximately 100 meters and died from his injuries. The Châteauroux prosecutor's office announced the charges today.
