National Road Traffic Flowing Smoothly
A new road access point for the Long Yan Tou shipyard has opened today. Traffic engineer Zhang Pak-kun stated that overall traffic flow was smooth this morning, with some citizens expected to use the new route for travel. A cold front located inland in Guangdong is bringing fog, rain, and thunderstorms to the region and is forecast to cross Guangdong in the evening. The road is described as new, with some unevenness and lighting issues noted. The new route is expected to help residents, particularly those from the back mountain area, and may alleviate severe traffic congestion on other routes, potentially reducing the need to travel through certain congested areas. Some drivers noted the road surface is still uneven, possibly due to ongoing construction. Residents have also requested more trash bins and the completion of roadside engineering works.
