Water Main Break Disrupts Berlin Transit
Staffing shortages in the tunnel control center have caused disruptions to Berlin's public transport network. Bus lines M41 and M85 are no longer reaching the Hauptbahnhof station due to personnel issues. The passenger association EGEP has criticized the BVG and the management for the impact on commuters. The shortage is attributed to illness-related personnel problems. A water pipe burst has caused service disruptions on the M43 BVG line. The line is currently not operating between U Platz der Luftbrücke and U Boddinstraße.
