Polish Parents Report High Rates Of Youth Mental Health Issues
A new study indicates that 62% of students in Poland report experiencing peer violence. Approximately 4% of students are bullied on a daily basis. This statistical frequency suggests at least one student in every classroom is regularly harassed by peers. The findings raise questions regarding the effectiveness of mental health support within the Polish school system. Research conducted by specialists indicates that nearly 60% of children experienced mental health problems or anxiety disorders within the last year. These issues also include difficulties in peer relationships. The report said that children's mental health is currently at a critical point. The report indicates that almost half of parents signal their children are facing psychological difficulties.
