The death toll from a recent incident in the Pathoragar district of Uttarakhand has risen to 9. A pilgrimage to Adikeya Lashne Om Palavath has commenced in the border region. Magistrate Ashish Joshi flagged off the first convoy of over 350 devotees yesterday.
