Carnival Figure Buried In Barranquilla
Danielo Andrés Ramírez, known as the 'Rey Momo Infantil' of the 2024 Carnival, was killed by a gunshot in the Revoló neighborhood of Barranquilla. The incident was described as a violent act. The victim was reportedly dismissed from a position in the city of Barranquilla. No suspects have been identified in the report. The 'King Momo' of the South Oriente Carnival, José Palma, was buried in Barranquilla. Palma was killed one week ago while attempting to collect a debt of 128,000 pesos. The funeral included Cumbia music.
