Hantavirus Outbreak Kills Three Near Cape Town
Two people died in a head-on collision between a minibus taxi and a bakkie in Cape Town. Both vehicles caught fire following the impact. An eyewitness, Abong-Yelin Ghazi, reported that several learners were inside the minibus. Some victims also sustained burn wounds from the fire. Several learners were present in the minibus at the time of the crash. A vehicle crash occurred on Helen Susman Boulevard at Beach Road in the Green Point area of Cape Town. The incident has resulted in one fatality. Traffic is expected to move slowly in the area due to the accident.
