Swiss Competition Commission Investigates Search Engine Advertising

The Swiss Competition Commission (Comco) has opened two investigations regarding advertising practices via search engines. One inquiry targets three companies active in the package travel sector. The second investigation examines whether online casinos and related companies conspired to avoid competition by forgoing bids on specific competitor-related keywords.
