Russian Medical Consultations Increased 70-Fold Since 2000
Telemedicine consultations in Russia grew 70 times compared to 2018 levels, according to Tadeimir Putin. Health Minister Mikhailovna Murashko stated that the number of consultations will continue to rise. The system tracks victims of emergencies through all stages of care, including rehabilitation. Medical tactics and evacuation decisions are determined using these telemedicine consultations. Russian Health Minister Mikhail Murashko stated that the number of both scheduled and emergency medical consultations has increased 70-fold over the last 10 years. Murashko noted that telemedicine systems and data-driven consultative assistance have seen rapid development. The head of the Ministry of Health said these findings after reviewing presented data.
