Woman Suffers Intracranial Hemorrhage After Facial Procedure

A patient from Râmnicu Vâlcea underwent a facial lifting procedure at a medical clinic in Bucharest. The surgeon reportedly realized the procedure was irregular and called an ambulance. The woman was transported to Floreasca Emergency Hospital in a conscious but slightly dizzy state. Doctors at CTE discovered an intracranial hemorrhage, which was most likely caused by a rupture. Sanitary inspectors found the medical clinic closed upon arrival at the scene. The hemorrhage was severe, resulting in signs of brainstem inactivity and a lack of brainstem reflexes. The patient's family stated that medical analyses were not requested prior to the intervention. Such procedures typically require complex medical evaluations according to the report.
