Child Dies, 31 Injured in Russian Weather Incidents
A child has died and 31 people have been injured due to weather-related incidents in Russia. The incidents resulted in damaged windows, parked vehicles, and burning outbuildings. Two children were injured in one incident where a veranda of a private property caught fire. Russian forces have advanced near Petropavlivka in the Kupiansk district of Kharkiv Oblast and the city of Kostiantynivka in Donetsk Oblast.
