Legionella Bacteria Outbreak Affects Paris Residents
Residents at numbers 2, 4, and 6 Rue Louis-Bénier are unable to use showers due to a Legionella bacteria outbreak. The bacteria has been proliferating in the collective boiler of three buildings for approximately one month. Social landlord Habita 25 has promised a return to normal operations within ten days. Residents report being at their limit due to the prolonged lack of functioning water services. Habita 25 stated that procedures to reduce bacteria levels are underway and promised tenant compensation on May rent statements.
