Cartagena Health Officials Isolate Disease Contacts
Health officials in Cartagena have identified and vaccinated all contacts of a 25-year-old individual following a disease outbreak. Rafael Navarro, director of the Cartagena Health Department, stated that epidemiological surveillance and isolation protocols have been activated.
