It aims to restore a sense of security and guide correct interaction without pressure or excessive questioning. The series also addresses self-help tools, peer support, and professional burnout prevention for those assisting others. The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has explained how soldiers can use the Army Plus mobile application to submit reports for changing their place of service. The ministry stated that users must specify the direction of transfer within the application to increase the chances of a positive decision and avoid rejections.
