Howard County Builds Flood Protection Tunnel
A new tunnel is being constructed in Howard County to mitigate flooding by moving more than 26,000 gallons of water per second from Main Street into the Patapsco River. Howard County Executive Calvin Ball noted the project aims to protect residents from future disasters.
