The National Weather Service has issued a flood warning for Memphis, Tennessee, effective until 5:15 AM CDT on April 28. A separate flood warning for Pleasant Hill, Missouri, remains in effect until 7:00 PM CDT on April 30. A separate flood advisory was issued for San Juan, Puerto Rico, effective until 6:15 PM AST. The warning is in effect from May 2 at 9:35 AM CDT until May 3 at 5:17 PM CDT.
