France Updates Environmental Code For Infrastructure
France has introduced new rules into its environmental code requiring all new infrastructure to be built to survive worst-case global warming outcomes. This follows a report stating France could be four degrees hotter by 2100 if no action is taken. The regulations apply to new buildings in several large cities, including Paris.
