Ancient Oak Tree in California to Be Protected
A 13,000-year-old oak tree in Jurupa Valley, California, will now be protected following an agreement between environmental groups and a real estate developer. Conservation organizations had previously filed a lawsuit concerning a housing project that threatened the tree.
