Moscow Officials Warn Of High Winds
The Moscow Department of Transport warned drivers against traveling during high winds that have caused dozens of flight cancellations. Mayor Sobya issued a high-level precaution alert as wind speeds are expected to reach 80 kilometers per hour. The warning follows disruptions to transportation services in the city. Dozens of trips have been canceled as a result of the weather conditions.
