Milan Adopts Depaving Incentives In Urban Plan
Milan formally adopted a measure to include soil and depaving in its Municipal Urban Plan (PUC). This measure provides economic incentives for projects that incorporate depaving. The decision addresses the city's limited free territory and spaces for soil consumption.
