Oil Spill Threatens Waterways in Ukrainian Port
A oil spill has occurred in a Ukrainian port, forming a slick measuring 400 by 200 meters on the water's surface. Containment booms have been deployed to control the spread. Barriers have been erected, and storm drains blocked to prevent oil residue from entering the water. Six thousand tons of oil are involved.
