Hong Kong Reduces Waste Incinerator Project Costs
The Hong Kong Environmental Affairs Committee met to discuss the construction of the second modern Tuen Mun incineration plant, known as i-Pak II. The construction cost for Hong Kong's second modern waste incineration plant, the IPOC2 project, has been revised downward from an initial estimate of 35.7 billion HKD to 29.2 billion HKD.
