Da hätte man sich natürlich wünschen können, deutlich ambitionierter zu sein. Von den Menschen, die einkaufen und Pfand zurückbringen, über die Supermärkte und Läden bis zu den Abfüllanlagen, den Herstellern und Recyclern. Alle mussten sich vor 20 Jahren an das neue Pfandsystem anpassen. Aber Fachleute sind sich einig. Pfand kann ein guter Anreiz sein für eine gelingende Kreislaufwirtschaft.”
