Unilever To Spin Off Ben & Jerry's
Unilever plans to divest its ice cream division to focus on other business segments. The division currently holds a 20 percent global market share. The unit is valued at approximately 8 billion euros. The new entity will be named the Magnum Ice Cream Company.
