Seattle Housing Inventory Reaches 15-Year High
Active housing listings in Seattle have increased by more than 28% compared to last year. This represents the highest level of inventory in approximately 15 years. Real estate broker Anton Alexander of Compass Real Estate stated that homes are still selling if priced correctly.
