Russian Bank Customers Withdraw 2.5 Trillion Rubles Since May 2025
Russian bank customers have withdrawn approximately 2.5 trillion rubles in cash since May 2025. Since September 2022, total withdrawals through April reached about 600 billion rubles. Cash in circulation has increased by more than one trillion rubles over the last three months.
