Online Retailers Implement 'Save Our Returns' Siegel
A new product seal called 'Save Our Returns' is being adopted by online and mail-order retailers to minimize the disposal of returned items. Developed by Ernst La Mayer from Oldenburg, the initiative requires companies to disclose the volume of returns and their subsequent handling. The DECRA, Europe's largest testing institute, will conduct audits to verify compliance.
