Fuel Tax Cut Benefits Not Fully Passed To Consumers
German automobile club ADAC reports that mineral oil companies have not fully passed fuel tax savings to drivers. The price decrease for diesel and gasoline at pumps was approximately 3 cents lower than the 16.7 cent tax cut effective since yesterday.
