EU Fines Temu €200 Million Under Digital Services Act
The European Commission has imposed a fine of €200 million on the Chinese online marketplace Temu. This penalty is due to safety violations identified during covert testing of its products. A portion of the chargers offered by Temu failed safety requirements.
