Chinese Court Rules Against Company Firing Employee For Minor Lateness
A Chinese court ruled that a company illegally fired an employee for being eight minutes late to work and speaking with colleagues for four minutes. The Nanjing Intermediate People's Court ordered the company to pay the employee over 100,000 yuan in compensation.
