Shenzhen Housing Policy Boosts Sales
The Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau issued a notice today regarding the optimization of real estate policies. Data from the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau shows an increase in residential transactions following new housing policies introduced on April 29. Signed sales for new homes rose to 428 units, up 63.4% year-on-year. Secondary residential transactions reached 304 units, representing a 50% year-on-year increase. Shenzhen housing sales saw growth between April 30 and May 3 following the introduction of new housing policies on April 29. From April 30 to May 3, new residential property subscriptions reached 389 units, a 22.7% increase compared to the same period in 2025. Online signed sales reached 428 units, up 63.4% year-on-year, while second-hand home transactions rose 50%.
