Russia Approves Mobile Pharmacy Pilot Program
The State Duma has passed the first reading of a bill aimed at regulating the legal circulation of cryptocurrencies in Russia. This move follows warnings from legal experts regarding penalties for illegal crypto operations and potential restrictions on unqualified investors. The Federation Council approved a law for a federal experiment regarding retail medicine sales via mobile pharmacies. The pilot program is scheduled to run from September 1, 2026, to September 1, 2029. Under the new law, pharmacies will be permitted to trade medicines through mobile units.
