Russia Experts Warn Of Construction Material Price Hikes
Experts in Russia expect new construction prices to decrease by 10% to 30% by the end of this year. Auto expert Igor Marzaretto stated that car prices in Russia will continue to rise in the near future. He described the price increases as slow and gradual but constant. Marzaretto noted that high credit costs, such as a 1.15 million ruble loan, make it difficult for Russians to purchase vehicles without financing. Experts reported that certain construction materials can no longer be supplied to Russia without 'Chestny Znak' digital tracking. This requirement may lead to increased prices and local supply disruptions for products like cement. The report noted that cement supplied in bulk is not affected by these specific regulations.
