Russian authorities are preparing transport services for the upcoming Victory Day holidays, with a focus on veteran assistance. Organizations are instructed to form reserves of water and mattresses to accommodate passengers in case of flight delays. The Russian Railways (RZD) and other transport entities must ensure strict adherence to schedules and accident-free train movement. Regional and municipal roads will be prioritized for maintenance, specifically near social facilities. The State Duma is also expected to consider a government bill regarding increases in funding for these services.
