Nicușor Dan Proposes Port Connectivity And Infrastructure Memorandums
The Constanța Maritime Ports Administration and the Port of Ploče authority in Croatia signed a memorandum of understanding in Dubrovnik. The agreement aims to consolidate regional connectivity and strengthen the role of the Port of Constanța as a strategic hub in the Black Sea. This partnership is intended to facilitate integration into European transport corridors and international markets. The signing took place in the presence of President Nicușordan. The agreement involves several national development banks in the region. The Romanian Investment and Development Bank is prepared to contribute capital to this new financial instrument. The instrument will target investments in energy, sustainability, transport, infrastructure, digital, and social sectors. A business forum for the Three Seas Initiative is scheduled for tomorrow in Dubrovnik.
