ATP Plant Insolvency Linked To Chinese Management
The insolvency of the ATP plant in Spielberg in summer 2020 was not unexpected, according to works council member Michael Leitner. Leitner stated that the management of the last owner, a Chinese investment firm, had failed to work professionally for at least one year prior to the plant's closure. The management's actions reportedly prevented necessary decisions from being made before the shutdown.
