Digital Bros Subsidiary Acquires Mingmo IP
Italian gaming giant Digital Bros has completed the acquisition of the full intellectual property for the soulslike action RPG 'Wuchang: Fallen Feathers'. The subsidiary 505 Games purchased the rights from Chengdu-based Leenzee Technology for 32 million RMB. The deal includes all rights to the title. The acquisition price was 32 million yuan and the seller was identified as Chengdu-based Leenzee Technology. The acquisition by 505 Games was for 32 million RMB and involved the IP for 'Wuchang: Fallen Feathers' from Leenzee Technology in Chengdu. The acquisition aims to expand the company's dermatology-related product matrix and market synergy. This acquisition follows previous interest in the title by other international firms. Italian publishing giant Digital Bros announced the acquisition of the action RPG 'Mingmo: Abyss of Feather' via its subsidiary 505 Games.
