Lone Star Fund to Retain 72 Employees in France
The American investment fund Lone Star is set to retain only 72 employees out of nearly 550 at chemical company Arkema plants in Rhône and Drôme. The decision was validated yesterday evening by the Lyon Economic Affairs Court. The move follows the takeover of the company's chemical sector by the fund. The plants are part of the Polytechnique company.
