Portugal Oil Exports Face Capacity Constraints
The separation of oil exports has increased the capacity to 7 million barrels per day. However, there is a bottleneck in Portimão's capacity to handle 4 million barrels. The limitations affect the volume of exports and the availability of products in the international market.
