Ukraine Plans Post-War Civilian Arms Regulations

Ukraine is developing an $80 billion plan to ensure energy stability for the upcoming winter. The plan includes installing cogeneration units and solar power stations equipped with energy storage. The goal is to minimize electricity outages even if thermal power plants are targeted by explosions. This initiative follows promises of hundreds of billions of dollars in support from recent energy meetings. Ukraine's Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko announced plans to develop a unified approach to civilian weapons circulation rules. These regulations are intended to apply during wartime and after the conflict concludes. The process will involve military experts, members of parliament, and media representatives. Klymenko also stated that all police officers will undergo training at specialized ranges, noting that the first 200 personnel have already departed for training.
