Russian Companies View Labor Shortage as Manageable
A survey of Russian top managers indicates that most do not consider the current labor shortage a risk. Approximately 34% of respondents stated the shortage is not a problem for them. Another 18% noted weak impacts, while one-third of managers believe the deficit can be compensated through automation and artificial intelligence technologies. The findings were reported by 3 News based on the survey results.
