Colombia Telecomunicaciones Acquired by Milicoma
Milicoma, the parent company of TIGO, has confirmed the acquisition of the remaining 32.5% of Colombia Telecomunicaciones (Coltel) from the state. This consolidation grants Milicoma total control of the company. The operation involved over 1.108 billion shares in the second phase of a public divestment program, valued at 856 million.
