Putin Approves Aurum Acquisition of Pavlik Shares
President Vladimir Putin has authorized the joint-stock company Aurum to acquire 500,000 ordinary and 125 preferred shares of the gold mining company Pavlik. These shares were previously owned by Ginti. Aurum, owned by Ginti, will acquire 1200 ordinary shares and 125 preferred shares. This transaction was approved in the final days before a conversion.
