The number of apartments for sale in Moscow has decreased by 25.5% overall, with supply in Tinao specifically shrinking by 42%. Most districts experienced double-digit declines, while the Central Administrative Okrug (CAO) saw the smallest decrease of 1.3% to 3000 lots.
