New Hybrid Trains for Warsaw-Lomza Line Under Production

New hybrid diesel-electric trains are currently being produced for the Warsaw-Lomza line. These trains will undergo testing on a test track before being observed in passenger service. The final approval process for the vehicles is pending. The Podlaskie Voivodeship self-government has programmed regional transport services between Białystok, Łomża, and Ostrołęka. The return of passenger trains to Łomża is seen as a opportunity for the city, with many residents having waited a lifetime for this development.
