Cao Lixin, a young man from a Wuhanzhou farm family, traveled to Zigui County. Cao Lixin, from Wuhuan Xinzhou, developed a new variety called 'Zhongcheng' at the Zigui Seedling Breeding Base, located over 50 kilometers from the county seat, after years of experiments.
