German Insurers' Claims Handled By External Auditors
Traffic lawyer Henning Harman estimates that 80% of damage cases involve deductions by insurers in Germany. Typical cuts are around 300 to 350 Euros per claim. Experts, including Harman, estimate these deductions amount to many hundreds of millions of Euros in total.
